Leaking gear box?

While rolling around looking for VIN numbers and the like I noticed that my steering gear box looks like it is leaking. So is this something I should be worried about or just a let it leak type of deal. All then oil you see on the crossmember in front of the box appears to be coming from the box.

Several threads on here about this. Search for them. Also, do a search for corn head grease.

Should NOT leak, keep checking you oil level, If oil can leak out, water can get in, there is a REASON for seals and gaskets.
