Left mudflap and the front plate is behind my seat.
I have mine in the back window of my hardtop. I had a county sheriff deputy follow me into a gas station. He set there and ran the plate and took off.

License Plate
I welded up brackets and welded them to the truck. You need a little angle iron and some flat stockl. The front plate is below the bumper and the back plate is on the bracket on the left mud flap.
