Spent the last week trying to chase down the lights problem. Finally found it. The fuse block was empty when I got the truck and I put he headlight fuse in the wrong spot. Warthogs posts help me find my error. I cleaned all the grounds and plugs, good thing from all this. I finally printed the diagram from the the TM and found I had put the fuse one spot below where it should go. My confusion was helped because someone had put a wire for a cigarette lighter in that spot.
