Did you look at the first picture in this post? you roll up the sections into the center and then use rachet straps to hold the tarp together.ohhh... and btw... anyone got some ideas on how to attatch wall tarps to a spreader bar? Am thinking a 16ft 2x6 with 1"? hole drilled in the ends to fit an LMTV shackle. Would rather 17ft or longer... but that is not available around here.
yes.. not a workable safe option "in this situation" IMHO.Did you look at the first picture in this post? you roll up the sections into the center and then use rachet straps to hold the tarp together.
LME maintenance tent erection
....c Granted that whole idea may not work cause my cherry picker would make the truck too tall.... to be under center TM says " Height (at Eaves) 11-ft 8-7/8-in. Height (at Ridge) 15-ft 1-in Width (at Base) 23-ft 11-5/16- " what is height at the headers?? (cross beam (cabes) between rafters)www.steelsoldiers.com
So hook the Eaves pins in first (first pins before peak)? Then go for the peak ones.... that would reduce wind issues... had batted that option around.Get the tarp rolled up and then lift to 3/4 height on one side. Put tarp holes in pins.
Try and pull over top of frame to the other side using tie down ropes on canvas.
Get friends over and buy them beers with some extension ladders to help

well on second thought maybe. Remember; crane. (Cherry Picker) situation here is working from UNDER the frame and not the outside of it and anything that has to be reached, must be reachable from roof of box or cab without moving truck, till the tarp is holding itself up (and Cherry Picker disassembled)Did you look at the first picture in this post? you roll up the sections into the center and then use rachet straps to hold the tarp together.
