Virtually everything is different. Go back and read the thread. You're pretty much on your own. None of us have worked on them and most haven't seen one in person.

Call Stewart and Stevenson. They still exist......

I’m a New BAe Titan “ 4x4 owner looking for relevant info ,
is it possible to aquire a “build sheet”,
what really differs from the S&S & the BAe builds,
basically it’s the same manufacturer,
what components changed.
All provide from Steyr .
mines a 2012, Cummins ,Allison … definitely has longer frame rails , than a 1078.
Regards
I have one built as a R.V, same as yours - 2012 Titan w/ Cummins. I have the emissions on mine, when I bought it the previous owner had deleted the emissions system. Was a project to get it back on and stable. I have mine registered in CA (also took some doing).

In short, don’t waste anymore time looking for anything. You’ll never find it. I tracked down worldwide machinery who sold the Brazos (Titan) and they were unhelpful (now essentially defunct). These trucks are virtually identical to the military versions, with the exception of the motor/emissions/some electrical related to engine and emissions. Everything else is essentially the same, and the service manuals work great. A heavy truck shop will happily work on and service the drivetrain, chassis, suspension, etc. Cummins will gladly work on the motor & emissions. Parts have been pretty easy so far. It’s not that scary. You’re gonna have to become an expert on your own truck. Good luck.

When Stewart and Stevenson / BAE lost the FMTV contract to Oshkosh, it was a very unhappy period in Sealy Texas. Everything the S&S team had worked on for 20 years was gone. Everything they had either went for auction or in the dumpster.
