LMTV. Replacement “ cab air bags”

Currently testing a replacement for the conventional cab air bags on the LMTV. This design doesn’t require an air supply at all. They have internal guides to keep the cab in alignment and built in heavy duty up stops.
very simple to install and so far seem to function very nice. No more clunking or bouncing down the trail or road!

Here is a link to testing the cab air bags. Rough asphalt road and smooth .
If you go to YouTube directly you can zoom in much better and see the rubbers working.

Interesting. I get the impression it is stiffer than the air spring as I don’t think I saw even an inch of movement out of it even with the suspension making some pretty large movements…

say “Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers” three times fast…:)
