Loading the 5th wheel for traction

come on bobtails! here are methods i've used.

single out the front drive axle and strap the wheels to the fifth wheel. or

use a fuel bladder put it lengthwise from the rear crossmember up to the fifth wheel. cargo net it down and fill it with water until the net is tight.

Hang your chains from the rear crossmember and well use them off road, at least two singles. maybe four.

last but not least thank god its not a mercedes cab over with no six wheel drive and an up-armor kit on the cab. ;-)
