Looking for 1 or 2 AM6154 vhf amplifiers

These were used by the FAA & have been cycled out. Looking for 1 or 2 for a ham radio project. Incomplete units may be considered also.

These amps were a part of the GRT-21 UHF radios used in airport towers all around the country. Unfortunately they were all sold over 10 years ago by the DRMOs.
