Looking for a photo

I have an 86 M1031 and it has no trim etc around the transfer case controller with the gear status indicator etc. I have been looking but there seem to be quite a few possibilities for this.

Does anyone have a photo of this or have a 1031 that they would be willing to take a photo of the floor trim and post it?

Thanks!

Does the original shift knob have the pattern on it? My trucks PO put a chrome skull on the stick and it needs to be retired from service (dis-honorably) but I want to be able to see what the status of the transfer case is with whatever I replace it with.

From what I have been able to gather the CUCV's that have the NP205 transfer case have the selector in the picture I posted whereas the ones with the NP208 transfer case have the selector you posted a pic of.

M1008, M1028, and M1009 have a NP208

M1031, M1028A1, M1028A2, and M1010 have the NP205 with PTO capability

I'm pretty sure it does, but I do not have one so I am only guessing.
Ok, thanks. I guess I could just make my own label or whatever. I found a replacement knob on one of those strange and taboo places on the internet where people sell their stuff to other people for eight bucks so I think I will go with that.

You can talk about eBay all day long, you just can't post active listings.

My M1031 has the position on the top of the shift knob. I have had several 80's Chevy 4x4's with NP 205's and they all had shift/gear position on top of the knob.

The M1010 dose not have a NP205, it is a NP208. There is no PTO on a M1010.
