Looking for a reputable H1/Hmmwv mechanic in Pennsylvania

I need an experienced H1 mechanic in the state of Pennsylvania to perform a motor swap on my 1998 H1. Replacing a blown (bad # 8 cylinder) 6.5 Turbo with a 6.5 turbo Optimizer motor.
Can someone please recommend a reputable mechanic in the state to perform the engine swap?

Lancaster here. Try Bob at RaceKrafters. It's a tuner shop that I went to check out, and they were really excited about my Humvee purchase. Bob used to work on the M998s when he was in the military and I'm taking mine there when my EUC clears. They have the equipment to rebuild or replace everything from dirt bikes to trucks. Other option right next door is Jones GMC. They were a local dealer and the shop manager drives an H1.
