Didn't you know, wreckerman? There's a secret program by Iran to drop these from crop-dusters and take out an entire mall with a rusty trailer bed. Gotta make sure these hunks of tetanus-shot causing iron doesn't come back to inflict damage to our own troops!

Well, it is a trailer and you know you could haul "weapons of mass destruction" in a trailer! Even parts of a trailer could be reassembled in to a usable trailer. With this logic, I suppose a common household light bulb should need an EUC. It could be used in a building that is used for tactical nuclear warfare!.... DE DE DE! (Carlos Mencia).
