Looking for info on HMMWV transmission rebuilt marking

Have m998 that has this marking written on the bottom cover of the transmission.
Know the work was done 9/14 which should put it military service. Any thoughts of what that funky symbol means.
Know it's not a Happy Hippo..... (as suggested)
