Loose wire on M1009

Anyone know what this blue wire with plug goes to, went to check the oil and noticed this laying were you see it.

Don't take my word as gospel, but I believe that particular wire does not hook to anything. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

That is used on the M1010 rear heater fuel pump. I know it was hooked up on all the M1010's I had. No worries if you don't have an M1010.
