Anybody ever seen this phrase in a govliquidation description? I wonder if some new guy just defaulted on the description page. If not, I wonder what they got exposed too? Maybe you don't need headlights to drive at night.

Not sure who they hire as screeners but I once looked at "Engines-Jeep, four-cylinder (diesel); applicable to M-38, M38A1". Got excited 'til I saw that they were gasser four-bangers with waterproof plugs and plug wires.

Probably just CYA boilerplate. To play it safe, I would recommend against breaking the gauges and then licking the broken glass, and/or keeping the gauges in your front pocket for periods in excess of 25 years.
