Lug nuts for M35A2

Me again....... Put 46" singles in the rear and looking for 12 right hand thread and 12 left hand thread lug nuts that are used on the front wheels. If you have 24 of each..... that would be great. Thanks,

Just buy new ones @ your truck shop. They run about $1/each here I think....

RIGHT SIDE = 13-3013R / E-5654R
LEFT SIDE = 13-3013L / E-5652L

Anyone got the NAPA part number ? Those numbers bring up nothing I can find.

They are from my NAPA store. They are Dayton & Euclid part #s.

Also the Kenworth dealers have them but I don't have the number here at work. I purchased some about a year ago but they were about $4 each. NAPA may be much better price.
