Need a part # for the rear driveshaft U-joint at the diff. yoke. PUJ-235 NPJ-P534G are wrong numbers. Need U-joint with C clips on inside and spring clip on outside. Bearing caps are two different sizes. Smaller cap goes on driveshaft and bigger caps fit the yoke. Napa got the micrometer out and still no match up. O'Reilly's same thing. Nothing in the book. Called it a combination U-joint. Any help appreciated. email me at ellyrac1@birch.net I'm broke down. Thanks Jerry

This is the U-Joint I have used on a hundred + M1009's over the years. Unless someone has changed your drive shaft this should fit. The yoke is the same on most 1/2 ton Chevrolet trucks 1/2 ton or can be bought new at any parts store or Spicer parts center. I know Yukon Gear makes them also. Good Luck.

Recently finished a swap to 1 ton axles on my m1009.
My rear shaft-axle "stock" u joint is a 3R-1350 conversion joint. Drove me crazy until i got it right. I must have 3 other u joints in the wrong size laying around.

By your description it sounds like what you may have.
