M 35 A2C steering Box

Hello....I have done a service on my 1988,checking the strg., box it appeared low so filled it up with correct oil and it appeared to start weeping out where the horn wire and plug is,also understand this is a big job to take off which i do not want to do as it is messing with the injection pump area. Is it possible where the pipe plug is to put a grease nipple there and fill the box with grease maybe this will stop the weeping. Note this truck has 6708 miles.
I know you guys have the answer.
