Junkyards are about the only option now.
You can always post here in the parts wanted section. Other options include eBay. The TV bracket and rod is a little hard to come by. If you live in an urban area with a pick-n-pull yard you may be in luck, they have an online inventory tool so that you can check how many 82-87 square box vehicles they have before you go pay the cover fee to get in the yard.
