M1008 Fuse box issue

According to the -20 manual, page 4-31 under the fuse box diagram, I should have a fuse for my parking/marker lights. However, after losing all my rear lights today and following the troubleshooting section, I discovered that #4 on the diagram for the parking/marker lights...there is noe connection in the fuse box for a fuse to go. Am I missing something or has a previous owner jacked my connection?

Misprint in the manual.

That fuse holder is empty.

The parklights share the fuse with the Courtesy Lamp under the dash.
Fuse #16

The fuse box diagram in the CUCV FAQ http://www.steelsoldiers.com/233428-post15.html shows the correct fuse layout (except for the A/C fuse for the M1010 is labeled PARK & BACKUP - there is nothing there)
