Been looking through SS and Google and can't find the info for the M1008. I am looking for the factory width of the 16" rim and the backspace. Thanks!

The ones that came on my truck from GL were 16x6 with 3'' backspace . I have seen all kinds of stuff on them in the process of finding the one i bought.

I now know the correct size. Thank you. these trucks came with what ever they could bolt on them. I have a buddy who brought his home with to 16.5s and 2 16s

No I didn't know it, or say I did for a short time, last time this Q came up, but then forgotten... so I had to go measure, again - which took me maybe two minutes? ...

I would like to find a factory appearing wheel in an 8" width. Widening or having them custom made may be my only choice. Wonder if Long Wheel is up to the task?

Thats what I'm looking for, either 8 or 9" wide OEM looking...Was going to use Stockton but don't know all the skinny on them. Didn't know about Long Wheel...

Found Long wheel and Rim and went looking through the site. All I find is a video of the president and some of the workers. Could not find what type of rims they offer. Does anyone know if they can do a Chevy OEM looking rim in 16x8 or 9, and about how much they would go for?

For what its worth, the early 90s and prob 80s Ford truck rims ar 16x7. Gives you an extra half inch width.
