M1008 Running/Parking Lights

I picked up this M1008 in July and have been running down the requisite fluid leaks and electrical issues. I noticed that when I turn on the headlights the front turn signals and front side markers do not turn on. They do, however, flash when the turn signals are activated normally with the turn signal lever (or hazard switch). Is this normal?
It seems like they should be on with the headlights. The rear light DO turn on with the headlights and even with just the running lights on. Thanks!

Nope.

Grounds. Clean all the grounds. Tha'ts usually the source of the problem. Not always, but it's the best place to start.
