Long thread, but definately worth reading it from start to well, the current status. He originally had a 60/14 and it kept breaking so he went all out.

I wish I had skills like that. I just think of all the cool stuff you could do with a welder, a nice pipe bender and steel chop saw...and talent of course.

I like it, definately a serious build. I am working on a build on a M1009 with a buddy that is somewhat similar. The buddy helping me has the same kind of metal working abilities as the folks in this build thread. My project is kind of slow but I am getting there: 454 conversion, 3/4 ton axles, pipe roll cage, four bucket seats, etc. etc. I am only limited by available time and money. I have always liked Blazers and they are fun projects.
