Green MV gave me the scoop on the exterior fuel can mounting and it not only saves valuable room and potential smell issues, if carried inside the cargo area, but looks good too. Looking for a roof rack now. Thanks for the help Green MV.
I found a really clean tan 86' suburban center console, in great shape, so I'm probably going to remove the ammo can cup holder and install the console soon. Even had a key.
