M1009 wouldn't start, easy fix

My M1009 has been running well for awhile, easy start when cold, cranked right up. Only issue was a chattering glow plug relay.

Tuesday night went to start the truck and would not start cold. no warning, no nothing. I could hear the relay for the glow plugs click on.

So pulled the GP controller card, and all looked normal, put it back, and still no start. Everything looked OK under the hood.

Knowing that the chattering relay could be a problem, I decided to replace it first. (also the cheapest!) I knew that a relay that chattered could be arcing the contacts and burning them up.

Put the relay in this AM, and it fired up like a champ! Now I can drive it to work tonight.
