I have a M101A1 trailer and the brake drums are attached to the hub with three screws. They have a narrow slot and all the tools I have found have a brade that is too fat. Does anyone know of a tool I can purchase to remove those screws or what tips do you have for screw removal?

Why do you want to take them off? To do any meaningful work, you need to pull the hubs. Often they are frozen in place. They make a 1/2"drive, screw type, that sometimes you can grind down to fit. Another trick is to just take a big flat punch, place it on the head of the screw and smack it hard. Sometimes it shakes them loose.
