M101a1 or M116a2 ?

I just got this trailer. GL said it is a m101a1 but it has 8 bolt wheels and surge brakes.

There are a bunch of data plates. The body says m101A1.

The chassis says m116A2. So what is it? I like it either way

I'll get some pictures too.

M116A2 is the chassis. M101 is the body on the chassis, if that makes any sense....

either way, good buy!

The surge brake and the 8 bolt wheels are what make it the A2.
