M1038 6000lb winch parts. Help needed

Hello, I'm relatively new here. I have a 1989 M1038. The Electric winch was pretty beat up but working until something seems to have stripped out in the Drum. At least I believe that to be the case. I tore the whole thing down and cant see any damage in the planetary gears or the brake. The motor and shaft seem fine.

I'm looking for a Drum for this winch or looking for another winch of the same type.

I believe it to be a Mil 6.

It's a WARN 24 Volt. Short Drum

Well. I got this thing Mechanically sound. I'm in the market for a new Old Stock Coil pack for this 24 volt Winch,, Any help or information appreciated.
