M103A3 guestion

Hello everybody,

I bought a M103A3 and I want to get a licence plate on it.
Here in the Netherlands they need a manufacturing date.
The problem: mfg date unknown according to the ID plate.
Where can I find the mfg date?
The trailer is manufactured bij the Johnson Company with a singe line brake system.

Did you check the Id plate on the frame?
