Wanting to tap into 24V by using the battery box buss bar … concept is to tap positive off of buss bar and ground via negative buss in battery box area. Doing this inside the battery box vs using pos/neg polls under transom for ease/accessibility.
Plan on using a CX-10071 Cable to connect (pos & neg).
Question is
1.) if this will work?
2.) after I remove the silicone, what should I replace it with? (Liquid Marine Electrical Tape?) … note - running 24v to a Mx-7777 circuit breaker.
