I am so baffled with this situation...please help.
This is second military trailer I have wired a 7 blade plug.
This M105A2 has me confused.

Here is what I have:
Using the:
B position for left turn/brake light
Position J for right turn/brake light
Position E for tail lights
Position D for ground

All wired correctly to the 7 blade, the results are:
Headlights on = tail lights
Right turn = right turn flashing and both tail lights flashing
Left turn = left turn flashing and right turn flashing very dimly
Brakes applied = right brake only and both tail lights

I just cannot figure this one out.
Anyone out there who can help???

Glad it worked out!

Welcome to the madness!

I also had a problem with my front turn signals when I got the truck and had no clue both bolts were necessary for a good ground!

I just ran into the same situation a few weeks ago. Looking at the inside of the original trailer lights, I saw wires grounded to the area where the main bolts go to secure the light to the trailer. I couldn't get the drivers side to work so I broke both bolts loose and retightened and Success. Ground found!

Wish I would have seen this post sooner though. hehe

I had the similar problem, I ran a new ground wire from the A frame, connected it to three places where the wiring/hose hold down clamps mount, taped this to the other wires leading to my 4 bar flat plug, solved all my problems. Good to know I can tighten/re-tighten the light mounting bolts next time.
