I can’t get my tach or speedo to work. On the tach I’m only getting 5amps one the number 505 wire. Is this correct or should it be 12 volts? What is number 1435 wire? Also my Speedo will kick on when I’m going up a hill but when I level off it goes off. Please help and thank you.

Amps and volts are different things, you need to measure each one using different settings on your meter. A long time ago there was a military wire chart posted on this site that explained exactly what wire number was used for on ALL military equipment, so when you found wire number xx it would always go to part yy. Look at this thread > https://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?163769-Military-Wire-ID-tag-master-code-list for more info.
