M1083 CTIS won't go into run flat mode

Hi All - I picked up an M1083 and making good progress on getting it back on the road. I'm into the CTIS system now. I have 5 lights blinking on the controller and I've been following the diagnostic guide to sort out the problem(s). I'm to the point where I need to get it onto run flat mode to pump air through the system so I can look for leaks. The problem is that I can't get it into run flat mode. Any suggestions as to how to address it?

I've checked the inlet air to the system and I get air once the wet tank builds up pressure. I've checked the output side of the control and it will puff air on start-up prior to going into 5 flashing lights. I've plugged the outlet line with my finger and it goes to 2 lights flashing on the controller after initial checks. I suspect there are leaks, but I can't find them without the run flat to pressure the system.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
