M1101 shocks

Does anyone know the part number or the replacement type shock for a m1101 trailer? I won an m1101 from gl and the shocks are rusted and seems to be toast. it bounces hard when i am pulling it at highway speeds. I am assuming its the shocks, any other thoughts on what might cause the hard bounce? torsion axle maybe?

How much air do you have in the tires, anything over 20psi makes mine bounce.
