That is a strange configuration. Not a S250 not a S788. Could you take some pictures from different angles. I am planning on doing same but with a S250.

I sure can in the morning, it's not your standard shelter and this one is made for a 4 seater Humvee with the main box in the cargo area small part goes between the two back seats. I also believe that there's a roof rack that goes over the 4 door section of the Humvee and connects to it.

I also was thinking of use those bigger shelters but they are heavy and came across this one that's only around 900 lbs. which will give more room about 1500 lbs. of added cargo.

Surprisingly my S788 weighs only about 750lb and the 250 just a bit more. Now if the ECU would have still been on rack on front it would have weighed in excess of 1600lbs but this thing had a unit on it at one time that would have made a polar bear happy.

M116A3 Trailer Prep for some cuts needed for the Command Box

Did some cut out lines on where I have to make some cuts. Willhave to cut 2” off the inside of the wheel wells and cut 16.5” off the backrail for a pullout table that sits under the back section of the command boxwhich works out because I need to add 5.5” to the front of the trailer

Thanks for the pictures. That is a really cool shelter and you certainly picked something with an infinite amount of configurations. I am looking forward to following your build.

Well got all the cuts done this past weekend. Started off using a grinder and gave that up after about 5 minutes, grabbed the saws all then life was all good!!!!!

The box will be mounted to the generator rails so I had to cutoff 16" because of a pull out table that is attached to the bottom of the command box, I cut 2" off the inside wheel wells. After the command box is mounted will rivet rubber strip on the wheel well up against the command box to reseal the inside of the wheel well .
