M123a1c body parts

I'm new to military trucks and I was curious if body parts from a 5 ton would fit a M123. I found a M123 but it needs a door, fender, fuel tank, and cowl panel. I didn't know if the cab parts interchange with other trucks, could some one please help. Thanks

cab is the same and door also front fender i dont know about any pics?

The fender is the same except for the inside panel. It could possibly be modified, depending on what 5 ton was the donor vehicle. The tank on the gasser wrecker I'm restoring is the same as the tanks on my M123.
