Looks great brother keep it up. So how did you end up sealing the short tank where the sides were?
Yes. I had to shorten up the grey water tank to make it fit.
Cut 10" off the end of the tank, then cut the the very end of that off and stuffed it into the end open end of the tank, stainless steel riveted all around and sealed it all up with some bad azz epoxy, (will stick to abs plastic).
Good as new!!

Wow Ray,

I didn't notice the twin Barca Lounger when I was there Monday; that's awesome! The way those recline, you won't be needing your air mattress any more. Plus it will be easier to sleep through the movie next time!

BTW, that is a cool MV parts storage/workshop you got going. You need to post some pictures after you get it painted. [thumbzup]

Yes Ray, the double recliner is awesome!! No more air mattress thank goodness.

Wow, I just spent about an hour reading thru this thread form post #1

I believe it was said in here somewhere already, adjectives dont do this justice. Amazing build. Makes me wish I had the room for the trailer and truck need to pul it, and the money to buy both. I do federal Excess for my fire dept, but Id never be able to get this big stuff living in a tract home in the middle of the city.

Thanks for letting me live precariously thru you Ray. Great job

Nick

Thankyou for the kind words Nick, makes all the hard work on this project worth it when others enjoy looking at it!
For the past few days ive been busy working on and figuring out black and grey water plumbing, had to hole saw through 3 cross members to run pipe from the tub to the grey water tank, this worked out nicely! Here's some pics of the results.uploadfromtaptalk1357524980727.jpguploadfromtaptalk1357525009861.jpguploadfromtaptalk1357525028288.jpguploadfromtaptalk1357525062322.jpg

That all looks good Ray! You need to test it thoroughly before it goes live. There's a long drop from the throne to the tank. You don't want to find out that when the bomb drops it sets off a tsunami that blows the drain pipe out the end of the tank!

Yes Ray! That would be bad! Would that be a live test, or simulated test? I seem to be having anxieties about fouling up my new, unused waste system.:D

Working hard to get all the plumbing functional! Finally, almost done!
Drainage system is complete with the exception of the bathroom sink.
All water lines run and hooked up!
Left to do: install gravity fill hose and vent line for fresh water tank, install bathroom sink and faucet, system test.

Next phase of this project: 120v wiring.
