Hi y’all! The panels are now ready to order and pricing is posted! Order here:
https://store.rapcoparts.com/cj51.html Do note, some of the panels haven’t reached us yet, but we already have several panels in stock! Images when available will be uploaded for each, but for now I’d suggest using the images on
http://www.m151bodypanels.com/
With RAPCO taking the reins for US distribution, this will allow Guy at CMD to have more time to fabricate more new panels. Richard Lehr in Germany will remain the European distributor.
Panels will have all applicable P/Ns listed, this can include the CMD number, the AM General number, and the standard P/N or NSN. When we upload the images of the panels, we will try to find the time to also upload the AM General document we referenced.
NOTICE: With our current website being so antiquated, it often isn’t possible for it to calculate the shipping correctly. As such, we recommend making purchases using a credit card instead of a debit as it will make it much easier for the necessary correction to be made to your order. We will of course contact you beforehand to make sure of this and more importantly to get your approval for any necessary adjustment.
TIPS FOR SAVING MONEY ON SHIPPING: Shipping rates vary based on box size, weight, and shipping address. FedEx shipping rates are cheaper to a business address than a residential address, so we would recommend using your business address, if you have one. (Note: A residential property that is having a business run out of it is still typically considered a residential address. If the system considers it residential, there is nothing we can do to change that). We will combine panels in one package to reduce shipping when possible, so try to always purchase all of your panels in a single order.
We are currently working on developing a new/updated website. This should address many of the current issues with our site and its shipping calculation, while also allowing for a much more visually appealing site with more product information and images! When the new site is ready to launch, we’ll make a dedicated announcement post. So, keep an eye out for that!
If there is a particular panel you’re looking for that we do not have, feel free to ask and we will keep an eye out for it or if there is enough interest, work with Guy/CMD to have it produced.
If anyone has any additional questions feel free to ask!
Thank you!
