m215 in the movies

I saw an M215 in the movies last night. It was a Pauly Shore movie named in the army now. They are stuck in a Libyia prison and then the US starts bombing the prison and they get out. Then you see an old slant nose GMC. closer look they show the tanks on the pass side for the brakes and then a dump body but it did not have a cab protector though it was pretty cool to see an old tipper in a recent movie..

I was watching that one too. Funny thing is, 2 of the "scud launchers" are sitting in a yard near to me. The owner used to loan out MV's to the movie companies. I got to hear how he had to mock up the missiles and the launchers and what it took to raise them up in the launch position.

I watched that movie last night as well. Kinda cool to see the trucks in there.
