M35 parts question

I've searched the forums as well as parts suppliers but can't locate my part. Specifically, I need a couple of the roll-up buckle assemblies that go on the cargo cover towards the top.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, see pic below, it's the white piece that's attached to the canvas cover that has a ring of sorts upon which the hook attaches.
