That brings back memories of a couple summers ago. Ones I'm repressing :) Smart not taking the insulation out of the walls before working in there! What kind of floor are you going with?

I was planning on replacing the sheet metal, put a wood subfloor in and then put some laminate in.

Today we finished up the floor. First we sealed the rust and then started to seal the bottom from water with roof sealant. Then down went the metal. We even managed to get a little body work done!

Saw something on Homes home inspection tv show, about having rubber roofing sealer inside the home. He noted that it should always be on the outside so that the out gassing chemicals are not inside the home. Thought I would share since that was news to me.
