The "sensor" you refer to is probably a vent. There was a modification suggested to separate the vents from the fuel tank and the brake system and this could be the result (ca 1983).

So I take it this truck has had the modification then?

I'm going to call the guy tomorrow and see if I can go and have a look at the truck next weekend.

Well I finally found the time to call the guy selling the truck, and it looks like some bloke has bought the truck UNSEEN. He must be very keen that's all I can say.

The trucks been for sale for five months and as soon as I call to sort out a viewing and test drive, some guy comes along three days ago and buys the truck unseen.

Oh well, back to searching for another truck.

An M109A3 would be nice!!!
