m35a2 and a3 body parts

hey guys quick question. i ran across some fresh parts off of an a3 and intended on taking the fenders and both step assemblies to replace the rusted and damaged ones on my truck. are all but the hood and grille interchangeable? i havent had a close look at them and im not going to make a drive if they wont work. Im guessing there will be some extra holes in the fender due to the difference in the front lights of the a2 and a3 but they look the same minus a second large hole in the inside of the a3 fender near the exhaust port.

I know the side steps will work. I'm 90% sure the front fenders will also.
