This was after the replacement of the fuel supply pump which was leaking fuel into the engine crankcase at a rate of about a gallon an hour, according to the hour meter, give or take. Hydraulic Head “O” rings were replaced with no corrective result.
After all work was done, the start up was highly anticipated, however, since the truck was sitting for 4 ½ months, the batteries were dead. First attempt, charger was hooked up to dead battery and jumper cables to better than dead battery, which was not known at that time. Truck did not start. Second attempt next day, charger hooked up to better than dead battery to charge for a couple hours and then jumper cables to dead battery. This arrangement worked better, as indicated by the video.

Now, time for new batteries.
