Never heard of an M545A3, do you mean an M44a3? If so there is no difference.

One is cat powered (m35a3) and one is BBC powered (m454a3). hehe.

If I were to guess, you are asking about an m35a3 and maybe an m54a2?

Here are some pictures of the "M454A3". Someone at GL screwed up the description of this truck. Imagine that.

That clears it up. The M35A3 is Cat powered. The M454A3 is CAAT powered.
