M35A3 Radiator, Fan and Shroud

Had something similar to what Justin Wehring had with my M35A3 fan taking-out my radiator, but in addition to the fan and radiator, I'm going to need a new fan shroud. See prior thread on this topic:

Got a new Borg Warner fan (part # 4735-38449-1 coming. Radiator is going in the shop today.

Anyone know where I can find a new or good used fan shroud for the M35A3?

The real question is why does this happen in the first place?
