Can i install 1600-20 tires on my a3 rims i know i will have to lift it a bit

Can probably get them on the A3 rims but you won't be able to get them on the A3 truck without extennsive mods.

Lift and stretch it. You think that auto will handle the bigger tires?

Sounds like you'll need to do some searching in the deuce mod section.

i dont know how well they will fit in the back, but 14.00's will fit.

in my oppion 16.00 are too big. even for a 5 ton, 14.00 are my favorite.

that is what iam looking to do to my a3 only hard top are tires 46inch

I also believe you need to research the bead style that the A3 rims are designed for . The A3 tires have a different bead then the tire you want to use . I know guys are doing it , but then some guys say not to .

if you want 46'' tires then you need 15.5's. 16.00 are 53''

Is your truck bobbed? If your running tandems in the back 16's will not fit without separating the rears. Extensive mods like recovery4x4 mentioned.
