I'm currently bidding on a 1966 stevens m416 1/4 ton trailer. it's 24v and i'm going to be towing it with an 05 jeep rubicon. what can i do to hook up the lights? the guy said about magnetic lights? not sure what they are.

my dad has a set of lights i can hang on the end of the trailer and just wire up to my 4 prong trailer light set up. any suggestions?

You could do the lights both ways. Change the plug to whatever end you want and use 12v bulbs, or hang a seperate set of 12v lights along with the 24v ones. Check the G503 site under 1/4 ton trailers and do a google search of M416's and you'll come up with plenty of other options.

I only pull my 416 with my TJ, so I rewired it 12v and put a set of Jeep tail lights on it to match the TJ's.

It's your trailer, do it anyway ya want :!:
