M43 tires 1000 X 16 or will take 900 X 16

Need to replace at 4 tires on my M43 ambulance. Stock size is a 900 X 16...would really like to go to 1000 X 16 or a larger diameter tire that will fit the M43 without any change to the current stock suspension.
