OK I got this dump truck from the city and the title is not right. The data plate is a new unstamped plate, so the city did not know where the Vin was on the truck? Well I found the Vin, But I do not know the year it was made. When did they start and stop making them? And how many numbers and letters are there in the Vin? I found one letter and seven numbers.
