I am not looking for this surprisingly obscure part...anymore. This is an FYI posting for those who are, or may be in the future, in search of this part.
I replaced my steering wheel and horn cable recently and during the project this contact broke. It is located at the bottom of the steering column under a rectangular metal box. The brown plastic insulator cracked in half. I called around looking for it to no avail. I stumbled upon it searching for jeep parts. Here's where you can get it: Kaiserwillys.com

Make sure to keep or make a new rubber gasket as it does not come with one.
